BACI Leadership:

As ethnically diverse people, BACI’s Board of Directors reflects its original philosophy, value, and efforts to ensure the organization leadership is inclusive of different groups within the incoming community from Burma/Myanmar as well as from mainstream community, with individuals from diverse backgrounds intellectually, professionally, and personally, and like-minded persons who are passionate about assisting the incoming individuals with their long-term integration and sustained development by investing in people and education so that they are becoming productive and contributing citizens of the society.

At BACI, we maintain a high standard of accountability and transparency with the use of grants and gifts our donors entrust to us. We are always trying to keep our overhead rate low. In the past year, we used 95 percent of our total operating expenses towards programs that directly benefit students and community.
